Advantage with this kind of hands is that your opponents will not put you on them very oftenly which makes their analysis faulty . These kind of hands are very good against tight players raises who are in first position , if they have an overpair and you have flopped a set in a late position then you probably get all their money . It is not very good to do this oftenly and definitely not when you would be the only person against the raiser . The hand should have three or more people involved for it to be profitable .
